Jeffrey Epstein's Suicide
Jeffrey Epstein was found dead on the morning of August 10, 2019. He was awaiting trial on sex trafficking and conspiracy charges. A report by the Justice Department's inspector general has revealed further details into the conditions at the jail in which he was housed and died by suicide. In a report released yesterday, Inspector General Michael Horowitz said that a quote combination of negligence, misconduct, and outright job performance failures created an environment in which Epstein had the opportunity to take his own life.
