Taxing a Family Farm

A lot of these companies are very, very poor in terms of the cash that they've got on hand. And it's not going to be just family farms. It's any sort of family business. You can have a business that generates a reasonable middle class or upper middle class income and yet has multi millions of dollars of assets. If you tell somebody who just has gotten a multi million dollar thing into his hands, that he has to pay on it immediately, there is literally no way that can happen.
