The Importance of Scheduling Meetings

I think there's a bias towards, at least in the software industry, there's a huge bias towards, we've got to do it quickly. And I just wonder if maybe that's not really the direction to go or maybe we should build in pausing and reflecting before we jump and do. So going back to one of the original points in our interview with Tom before, you can do the yes and Yes. We should schedule. It's a conference call, Skype meeting, whatever, a real life meeting to discuss this.
