"I like to do certain types of things like cat cows, thoracic spine activations. And when it comes to a joint perspective, I like to just incorporate dynamic stretches mobility into what I'm doing before I do a workout," he said. "For me, personally,  when it comes to cardiovascular exercise, I'm doing it for my heart health, for my brain, for my lungs."
