Christian: I hope so. The bill you referenced that Senator Kramer and I just introduced has a bipartisan group of co-sponsors. It would direct the Department of Energy, the U.S. federal government, to begin emission standard testing for heavy industry products in the United States. That's laying the technical groundwork or foundation for a carbon border adjustment mechanism.
