What Is the Critical Level?

An alternative to the total view is the average account, which says that a population of 5 billion people with extremely worthwhile lives was far superior. But if you add 1 billion more people who will also have truly terrible lives, it would be a good thing to do and bring up the average well-being. So these are known as critical level views.
