For strength training with general health as the objective are perpetual hardish sets RP six to seven as effective as harder sets RP a RP eight and more? If I wrote this question, it'd be even easier than six to seven. You can probably do just fine staying at, you know, capping stuff, everything at seven RPE. It's like the big thing is mental fortitude that you need to train very close to failure all the time.
