The Bot's Dialogue in a Diplomacy League

We actually played this bot in an online diplomacy league with real human players. They did not know it was a bot. We didn't tell them it was abot. And over the course of, I think it was like 40, 40 games, the bot ended up placing the top 10% of human players in the tournament in the league.
