Meditation Pra Practice

The best way to use our technique of mantre is in the eyes closed state. The mantra, after all, is not some kind of a ling balm. Morning and evening practice regularly should reduce incidences of having things like rage and anxiety attacks and so on. If we do have a tactical need to meditate that's outside the regular strategy, there's no harm in doing so. But i think we may need to ask lifestyle questions and perhaps get in touch with a therapist.
