How to Train Your Mind to Perform

The first step for me is like, how do I train the mind? And then once you develop that, you do have to like train your body to repeat something a lot of times. So it gets the sound that's in your head. Yeah, it really is the scale too. It's one of these things too. The best teachers I had have been so good at that. You know, my piano teacher was actually a friend of Karl Orffs. He immigrated from Germany after World War II and he would he taught me how to do the invention books.
