The Benefits of Owning a Company Like Apple
Berkshire Hathaway owns 5% of Apple. They already own 100% of C's candy and they'd love to own more, but can't. That was kind of the interesting thing about with equities: If it's a really good company, they can own a small piece of it and they can increase that piece over time. There was a question later in the session about the kind of the whole US debt situation and this whole idea of a de-dollarization.
