Sanctions

Most people feel pretty strongly that we didn't want to go in the war. But there's a sense that they want to intervene somehow. The othey thing about sanctions is that they often backfire, especially when they hurt citizens. I do think that if there was a way of baning cigarette imports into russia, that would topple the government overnight. A we will see whether the chinese do that, because a lot of the imports come from china.
