There's very few you know Silicon Valley based companies entire team from startup is in Japan. Almost no recruiting efforts from the US tech companies are done over there. The key challenge obviously I think is it time zone and language, especially at Cavis like our first anymore time was in Europe. And then that's not just about the Japanese team I think it's serious any engineering team involved.
