The Importance of Sleep

Exercise is huge for mytophagy and mitochondrial biogenesis. I work with people who are vulnerable, ostracized, formatted by symptoms. My primary goal is to help restore their brain health so they aren't tormented by their symptoms. That means getting those muscles bigger and stronger with more mitochondria.
