At one point, i would have to be behind a closed door, but also know that there was nobody around. Once you get to the point where you can do that a you can ratch it up. So at this point, i don't have problems travelling. Can you imagine what travelling or just going to work were like if you didn't have access to a rest room and you didn't know when you ever wouldit? It was hell. But it was a private hell that nobody would know i was having. As soon as you live an embarrassment free life, everything's easy. Just you just announce t the table.
