Even though trumps got forty %, forty five percent of the convention, they can vote. So let's say i've won, i think virginia has 51 delegates. I've won 37 delegates based on the on the law, but i don't control the convention. I could have ten delegates on the floor if there's a majority of people who are not for trump on the floor.
