The Importance of Results in Cricket

Cricket fans are used to passages of play where it's just not thrilling. It doesn't have to be crash-bang, wall-up drama all the time. We're getting quite a lot from England about 'tactic' I remember my interview with Ben Stokes before the first test match. He shrugged his shoulders when asked if he thought that was an entertaining tactic. But at the end of the day results do matter and we need them in this series.
