The Bio Transformation of Drainage in London Ale 3

London Ale 3 isn't a strong bio transformer. So why do you think it was so widely used in the early days of hazy or New England IPA? Do we even still say New England IPA anymore? I honestly believe the reason why people are using it strictly for the haze and that the haze has a great emulsifying effect. And something else to consider too is we dry hop at relatively low amounts here at New Belgium. But some of these other smaller breweries who might not be as worried about yeast harvest ability or anything like that, they might be able to dry hop way more than we do.
