You have to build a mind that is comfortable and engages uncertainty in the whole notion of the unknown. And we talk more about that, yes. So i'd be interested to know what top of strategis can we use to calm the emotions down? Well, first f all, you have to recognize that emotions are not optional. There's no such thing as freedom from emotion. There is freedom of emotion. Part of it is recognizing that emotions are biological. They are not psycholgical. But what happens is they take over psychology. All thinking is emotional state dependent. The kind of thinking you're capable of is dependent upon the emotional state you are in at any particular moment in time
