The board also plays a different role, right. It is probably not helpful to spend a lot of time debating the response responses and very much like go run with it, get it done and come back and tell us what you need. But particularly in terms of saying are we being thoughtful enough about the long term implications. I'll touch your point about what are we learning from this. So we build this into the muscle of what we do,. The taking advantage of opportunities and the adaptation we do need to do long term worth would say the board can play a really important role to make sure that the right level of ambition is being said.
