We automate in the way that job was designed for humans. Then we have machines behave like humans inadvertently. We realize that machines aren't humans and we should design the job for a machine. The illustrative example that's used in robotics is you think about the Roomba, which everybody has some personal experience with. It really resonates but you know, it was like maddening at first with the first Roombas deployed in our homes.
