The Challenges of Integration
Integration is such a hard thing, like it is. And if companies don't set up the expectation around what a great integra looks like, that's where things can be very, very challenging. Even with skip, we saw it where integrating with different companies is really hard, and you have to be intent about it. But i think the larger the organization, the more challenging it becomes. Arma: You'll cund it from the outside, to continue to let them kind of accelerate when they're scrappy. O they can take bigger risks es when you're part of a large company like like google.
