"I was so surprised and I just loved so much how they, the filmmakers showed a superhero figure that they could have just dumbed down so much. But instead empathy was her superpower, her love for humanity," he said. "She almost ended up kind of playing this Christ figure where she she doesn't have to engage with humanity but because of even though she sees them exactly how they are in all of their yuck you know still believes that they are worth fighting for."
