The Importance of Guest Parking in an Apartment

I always feel bad inviting people over to our apartment, especially if the parking in the area is not the best because I feel like it can be really annoying for guests to come up and stuff. Those warehouse parking spots were really nice because it was just super convenient. And that was actually like a really big blessing because then people don't have to circle around and look for parking. But yeah, one or two guest parking spots like come on guys. Not everyone can just walk to your place.
