Chizuo's Death Cult
In 1984, Chizuo would found the organization that would eventually evolve into his death cult. The OAM Association of Mountain Wizards is technically just a conference room full of stinky bearded Japanese men. He claimed to be blessed with powers of perceiving past lives, reading minds, passing through walls and meditating for hours underwater. His ace in the hole was levitation - using an expert yoga technique he appeared to propel himself from the ground.
