The CCS was set up by MacArthur and the military as was this. The whole CCS program was all under the guise of the military at the time. It wasn't until I met Professor Gatto in Japan that he started telling me the Japanese side of the CCS, which we never knew. We're working on a book right now and working on getting his, uh, his involvement in the book.
