You Get the Sum Up Front, Right?
When I get a direct booking, it's my favorite because I do get the entire money upfront. Like when that contractor company booked two of my one bedrooms, they paid me nine grand for each one. So I had 18,000 up front and could either save that money or use it to open more properties. If you get a contract that says, Hey, Jesse, we got five medical professionals coming in, two nurses, two doctors, and I don't know someone else,. And we need five of your places. Here's $9,600 for each one! You can do so much with it, which is great. But that money upfront could be used for so much, right
