Linelaic Acid and Obesity
At a very low intake of polyan saturated fats, namely linelaic acid, so you're probably going to be more obesety resistant. If you keep going up, let's say you go above 10 % or something, and you get into that 20 % linnlake acid intage zone, maybe you kno, ten, 15, 20, kind of depends on the person,. i think you're going to see a shift towards their propensity to get obese. Carbs might become more fattening than they otherwise would be. Fat might be is more easily stored than they otherwise are. And then if you go even higher, at a very higher intake of linelace
