Resilience and Stressful Events

I think one is that you have to ionclude the whole team, right? There are nurses in the operating room, tex et cetera, a preo postr. And it's important to make sure everyone understands the plan and feels comfortable with it. We're very lucky. We have a whole team here at the hospital called the resilience and stressful events team who will help either teams or individuals work through this stuff in a confidential way. Sometimes you got to get people time off. They've got to go see a counsillor. But what you don't want is for people to become second victims. It's their fault they don't get the support they need. So
