Hiring Slowly

We're doing a lot of interviewing these days, which is pretty cool. We have candidates in the pipe line that we are kind of excited about for a few diffrent positions. It's nice to be like, oh, we dontknow if it'll work out, but at least there's some prospects. And so because we've hired slowly, and also because we have a pretty strong paring culture, ih there's a decent amount of communication Is going pretty well. I guess maybe we do have fewer problems than probably would say,. There's probly fewer sticky things a tuple than if we were trying to groll at an insane clip.
