How Does Sleep Affect Alzheimer's?
There's certain mutations in APP that cause predominantly a vasculature form of Alzheimer's, because the A-beta sticks to the blood vessels. It brings up that point that someone else, I think, writes about here, and that sleep, which is this sort of general emerging idea that during sleep, the CSF, the cerebrospinal fluid gets pumped in and out in a way to sort of clear out the junk. Also, I would like to bring up, for those who are doing science, you should write down what time you do anything with your mice.
