There will also be questions around to what degree the science was followed. One of the really egregious oversights, and some scientists have already said this in the way the pandemic was handled, is that it seemed to be a determination that it was all going to be home grown. There could be a great deal more emphasis on the international perspective. We can prepare to a certain extent for these catastrophic events, and there has to be a kind of an economic analysis how much you prepare.
