In the church, we spend 90 % of our resources on people who are over the age of 60. The same thing is true for a school: If you don't preach and teach the gospel within the school, then what's the point? You're free to run a food distribution for yo community. Am free to open to jim, free to create a new community. But you have to, again, the roots have to be there in order for the fruit to grow. And you can't force it.
