How to Support Good Bacteria in Your Gut
We thought that if you just simply plonked L-ruterei bacteria in your gut it would grow and flourish and sort the problems. Now we've realized through some more reading that our bodies are significantly more complex. I wanted to know what Glenn thinks of Russell and Christine's experimental yogurt. So this microbe is a probiotic. One of the things about probiotics like lactobacilli and bifidabacti is that they cannot make gas. If you get extra levels of those in your gut you get less gas than these otherwise the case. And also this particular species makes something called roitering which is an antimicrobial.
