Are You Asking Really Good Questions?

I often think one of the characteristics of brilliant leaders is they ask very, very good questions. So practise that skill, especially if you are looking to kind of progress into bigger leadership jobs. Don't expect to make massive strides in progress overnight. These things definitely take time. We talkin some of ou other podcasts about, you know, we've both been working on some of our confidence gremlins for years. This is not something you do next week or next month. But the important thing is to almost kind of keep chipping away at it and make sure you recognize the progress that you are making along the way. And as ever, we'd always love to hear from you
