I Was a Lonely Old Bastard
Solicitor was among the first to respond to my lonely heart. In his first letter, he said we had to meet. He seemedd so sure that i was one he had been looking for. Now here i was in his german car in the glasgow rain. I shook my head, rain on the tip of my nose. I had told no one. I had no one to tell. My citon brother called it that packy woman's home for lonely old bastards. It was the first time i had ever felt free to be myself.
