How Can I Build Really Quick?

I'm a big fan with starred ubsurdly on to only higher principal talent, so you don't have to manage. You hire people that know their domain and are experts at it. So my focus right now is actually on on scaling. Ah, there is still this gap in how do we scale that into a large scale product? There's not many people who know how to do that.
