The second part of the dealing maintenance plan says this is what I need to do less often than every day to keep my overall wellness and sense of well being. And for me, maybe it's because you kept saying the word menu, but my brain went right to shopping, grocery shopping. If we can make some bigger tasks like grocery shopping and menu planning and meal prep, that takes obviously a lot more cognitive and physical effort to do,. Make that absolutely something you do less than every other day. Okay. The things that you want to do every day should be things that are realistically possible, kind of almost regardless of where you're at.
