R&D engineers really need to have a love for or at least an acceptance of ambiguity. A lot of people tend to fall into the trap of analysis paralysis, right? And so you go out and you get a little bit more knowledge and that just brings up a whole new range of things you don't fully understand. Another common challenge is when we are working within a market that already exists,. There's some amount of historical information available but it can be misleading in making decisions.
