Do You Think Diet Alone Can Change Your Quality of Life?

The data on exercise looks like it makes us live a little longer, but maybe not that much. I think for kind of the optimum human experience, we need some sort of vigorous physical activity at least occasionally. We've historically looked at all of this story as just a bomb calorimeter energy in, energy out. There's an expectation and certain type of cadence to our physical activity and nutrient intake. If we eat better, I think that we're going to see improvements.
