In Pennsylvania and probably in a few other states, they can't just take your deposit because they're mad at you. They have to actually explain to you what they spent it on. The worst landlord story I had is just the person who was just flabbergasted the fact that it looked the place, which was already old, looked older, six years later. It's, wouldn't you have rather just had a robot? Well, I mean, if the robot could have given me back the deposit in time, it's yeah. Right, to be human about it, essentially.
