The Power of Exercise

New research out of Brigham Young University showed that 45 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise in the morning actually reduces a person's motivation for food. Dr. Jekyll: You can make yourself start to want to eat after working out, but you just tend to not want to eat because your body's shifted over from the rest and digest system to the fight or flight system.
