The Full Reserve Nature of Lightning
I don't think there's a way to manage people's issuance of credit on an asset, even on lightning or on Bitcoin. I'm certainly not a fan of people loading up with Bitcoin on exchanges and all that. Once you deposit your Bitcoin it's now you don't have it anymore. It's not yours. You just have a claim. So there's a lot of different ways to talk about the full reserve stuff,. But I think that I have a hard time seeing that credit would just go away, right?
