There is no doubt that his regime was marinated in the blood of many innocents. So i think it is a contested legacy. Will be contested for many, many years to come. And the importers of programs like this is it probably gets younger people to begin thinking about it. Now, regardless of whatever conclusion they reach, it should be one that examines the facts.
