Is There Too Many Senior Roles in the Market?
A lot of people do not know how to effectively communicate in a written format. There are 20 senior roles and one junior role in the market right now. It's very understandable why it is happening because if we imagine ourselves being, you know, aspiring designers just out of the bootcamp or whatever. And since we're designers, why not build empathy for those people who are actually trying to hire the right person for the job?
