The Beatles Are a Strong Prediction, but It Might Not Be Them

There's another possibility that the Beatles might end up becoming more remembered than rock music itself. The way that the music resonates with kids and sort of kind of built the culture of the last half of the 20th century, the Beatles as characters might be what exists. There's also a possibility that the things that we'll remember about rock music won't be individuals. It'll just be qualities of what we think rock music is supposed to represent.
