Confessionalism - How to Develop the Right Kind of Discipline

i feel like the inerna has almost created this sort of a context where we're trying to like, look for problems. i hope that people aren't looking at what i've said fort years ago, five years ago, and saying, look, he was sloppy here. I know i make mistakes, and i've learned at i've grown. So how do you develop that sort of charitable disposition?
