We're in a Time of Extraordinary Asset Price Inflation

Inflation is now running at a 32-year record high of 7.2%. New Zealanders have come through a time of extraordinary asset price inflation with all of the inequality effects that brings with it. And then we find ourselves in the hangover from all of that, and we have inflation now outside what's been the acceptable band for more than a year.
