"There's lots of good stuff in those one offs that people have been doing. And how do we harness that? Well, if they're resident on everyone's laptop or in a share point file folder, you know, it's really hard to mine that data and build new products," he says. "We need that prep kitchen right next to the production kitchen... We don't want to have to wait."
