The Pros and Cons of Cell-Based Meat

There is a cellular agriculture company that enhances sustainability, food security, animal welfare in our food systems. They announced they've submitted an application for regulatory approval to the Swiss federal food safety and veterinary office. That means they're the first company to do so in Europe. I was kind of thinking maybe he'd come back from this trip and like there'd be all kinds of new happenings with cell-based meat. There's like no real, I don't know, nothing really happened since it started serving in restaurants. So that's kind of a bummer to me.
